On Tuesday, June 19, 2012 at approximately 10:00 am, the fifth and final suspect involved in a home invasion incident that occurred in Wareham on May 17, 2012, turned himself in at the Wareham District Court. Four males have been arrested by the Wareham Police Department since the date of the incident with regard to their involvement in the crime, which included the sexual assault of two females, the assault of a male victim, and larceny from the residence at #14 Dana Lane.

21-year-old Jordan JP Gomes turned himself in at the Wareham District Court, while represented by counsel. Mr. Gomes was transported to the Wareham Police Department, where he was booked and transported back to the court for arraignment purposes. Mr. Gomes faces charges of Home Invasion While Armed, two counts of Aggravated Rape, Assault with a Dangerous Weapon, Assault and Battery, Larceny from a Building, and Destruction of Personal Property.
