Three Arrested In Lindsey’s Restaurant Unarmed Robbery Incident


During the morning and early afternoon hours of Saturday, December 6, 2014, Wareham Police Department Detectives arrested three males for their involvement in the unarmed robbery incident at Lindsey’s Restaurant on November 9, 2014, during which a large amount of cash and other items were stolen from the employees who were closing the restaurant for the night.

At approximately 6:45 am on December 6th, detectives executed a search warrant regarding possible evidence pertaining to the crime at 107 Cohasset Rd. in Wareham, which is the home of 27 year old Eric Morrison. Detectives in fact recovered evidence of the crime outside on the premises and placed Mr. Morrison under arrest for Unarmed Robbery. The results of the search warrant led to further investigation and the arrests of two other males involved in the crime.

At approximately 9:50 am on December 6th, detectives arrested 27 year old David Reed of 60 Sandy Pond Rd. in Plymouth, MA for his involvement in the robbery.




At approximately 12:30 pm on December 6th, 30 year old Michael Fula of 107 Cohasset Rd. in Wareham was located in a Marion, MA residence, where he was placed under arrest with the assistance of the Marion Police Department, for his involvement in the Unarmed Robbery incident.


The three males, all charged with Unarmed Robbery, are currently being held with no bail at the Wareham Police Department. The males will be arraigned at the Wareham 4th District Court on Monday, December 8, 2014.
