Search Warrant Service Results in Drug Arrests


On Monday, September 22, 2014 at approximately 11:30 am, detectives and patrol officers of the Wareham Police Department executed a search warrant at 11A Sawyer St., as the result of an investigation involving the possession and distribution of illegal narcotics from the residence, which is located within 1000 feet of Wareham High School property.

At the scene, detectives encountered the renter of the apartment, 27 year old Dylan Huntoon-Walsh, then entered the apartment and encountered 34 year old Justin Beltran and 34 year old Natasha Winslow, both of whom were placed under arrest for outstanding warrants, as detectives searched the apartment for illegal narcotics. Ms. Winslow was also found to be in possession of 9 pills that were identified as Hydrocodone and Clonazapam.

During a search of the apartment, detectives located 42 yet to be identified pills, approximately 5 grams of cocaine, approximately 8 grams of heroin, and several items of drug paraphernalia consistent with the distribution of illegal drugs, including digital scales, plastic baggies, and Inositol, which is commonly used as a cutting agent for illegal drugs, along with several cell phones, all of which were located in the bedroom of Mr. Huntoon-Walsh.

Dylan Huntoon-Walsh, age 27, of 11A Sawyer St. has been charged with Possession of a Class A Substance (Heroin) with Intent to Distribute, Possession of a Class B Substance (Cocaine) with Intent to Distribute, Possession of a Class E Substance, and Drug Violation Within a School Zone.

Natasha Winslow, age 34, of 5 Benton Rd. Apt. #1, Medford, MA, has been charged with Possession of a Class B Substance and was also arrested on an outstanding arrest warrant.

huntoon-walsh           Justin Beltran,  age 34, of 52 Francis St. Apt. #2, Boston, MA, was arrested on an outstanding default warrant issued in Boston, MA.

The three individuals were transported to the Wareham Police Department, then to Wareham District Court for arraignment on the charges.
