Plymouth Man Arrested for B&E

On Sunday, January 6, 2013, at approximately 2:00 am, officers of the Wareham Police Department responded to an alarm at Ariel’s, a Cranberry Highwpizziay business. Within minutes, Officer Kevin Reilly arrived on scene and noticed the front door of the business smashed and store items strewn about the front room, along with other significant damage to merchandise and store equipment. Upon checking further 19-year-old Kevin Pizzi of Plymouth, MA, was located in a crouched position in the front room of the business.

Kevin Pizzi was placed into custody and charged with B&E Nighttime and Malicious Destruction of Property Over $250. Mr. Pizzi was determined to be intoxicated and was placed in Protective Custody as well. Mr. Pizzi was arraigned at the Wareham District Court on Monday, January 7, 2013.

Chief Richard Stanley praised the quick and professional response to the incident by Officers Kevin Reilly, Stephen Kearney, and Sgt. Peter Flannery, who quickly located and arrested the B&E suspect in the act of the crime.
